• Connect and integrate with third-party services and data sources
• Automate data analysis, reporting, and workflow tasks
• Access professional mentoring and development tools through AI

2.2 Service Components

• AI Specialist Deployment: Creation and management of MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
• Integration Hub: Secure OAuth connections to third-party services
• Usage Analytics: Monitoring and reporting of Service usage
• Customer Support: Technical assistance and account management

2.3 Service Evolution

We continuously develop and improve our Service. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not obligated to provide any specific features or maintain backward compatibility indefinitely.

3. User Accounts and Registration

New users may be eligible for a 3-day trial period. Trial terms and availability may vary and are subject to change. Trial periods are limited to one per user and may require valid payment information.

4.3 Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

4.4 Usage-Based Charges

If you exceed your plan's usage limits, additional charges may apply at $0.15 per interaction over your monthly allowance. Such charges will be added to your next billing cycle.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals unless you cancel your subscription.

You may not use UsefulAI to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access unauthorized parts of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected networks
• Use the Service to compete with or harm our business
• Share access credentials or allow unauthorized account access
• Exceed usage limits or attempt to circumvent service restrictions
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all data, content, and instructions you provide to or through the Service. We do not monitor, review, or control user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5.4 Compliance with Third-Party Terms

When using third-party integrations, you must comply with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of those services (Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a security risk to the Service or other users

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• All AI Specialist deployments will be deactivated
• Third-party integration tokens will be revoked
• Data deletion will proceed according to our Privacy Policy
• You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination

11.4 Survival

Sections relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination of these Terms.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English in Delaware, United States.
